On the evening of Sunday, April 19th, 2020 by the unauthorized-event of a video-capture of a member of the Rodriguez-Castro-Nation, I.M.— Party#1, who has made explicit-verbal-non-consent at the time and complete-reservation of their rights inclusive of and not limited to 'privacy' IS with this public notice making-known—for the purpose of a demonstration of the facts and ramifications of unauthorized-actions; and
By the witness of R. S.—Party#2, of this event, who is also a non-consensual-person-subject of the unauthorized-video, and also the acknowledgment of the Rodriguez-Castro-Nation ' schedule of values' publication on the worldwide-web, does herewith, accept protection of their-own-rights under the auspices of the Rodriguez-Castro-Nation's-Credo; and
At the earliest-convenience a True-bill in the form of an affidavit IS in the Drafting-process and shall be posted via United States Postal Service for: Party#3–Taria Smith, a Registered-Nurse in the state of New York, acting in her capacity as TARIA SMITH.
Under the positive-performance of 'unauthorized-video-captures' and Willful-ignorance and intentional-deprivation and intrusion of privacy, a True-bill shall be sent for Taria Smith at her current-registered-domicile.
At this time it is unknown whether party#3 has posted such video on the internet or on any other social-platforms, an event which-can-substantially-increase the value of the True-bill.
